Conference Starts March 5th at 9:00

Conference dinner March 5: NOK 500

Registration Fees include: Access to the technical sessions, lunches, coffee breaks
Unfortunately we cannot offer any rebate for people attending both NERA and 5NCAL as they are organized independantly, however people attending both conferences and staying at the same hotel can expect to get a reduction on the hotel rate.

Refund Policy: Registration fees are nonrefundable after 15. Febuary 2013. There will be a service fee on all cancellations.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Secretariat – e-mail: yourhost [at] yourhost.is

The cancellation fee will be NOK 400 administration charge for cancellations received within 14. February. For cancellations received after 15th Febuary, the fees must be paid in full. Substitutes from the same company will be accepted without extra charge.

Payment

Payment must be made in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) to the order of 5NCOAL, c/o Gestamóttakan – Your Host in Iceland and remitted as follows:

  • by bank transfer to account No. 0101 -38 – 550440 – IBAN No. IS75 0101 3855 0440 42129930 79, Swift code: NBIIISRE in National Bank of Iceland
  • by charging your Credit Card

IMPORTANT: Please remember to state 5NCOAL and participant’s name on all money transfers to the Conference Secretariat.

If you have made a late payment, please bring copy of payment to the congress.

 

Terms and Conditions

Confirmation

It is your personal responsibility that all details such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservation, date of arrival and departure, etc. are in accordance to your wishes. We therefore strongly recommend that you read and check the letter of confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. In the event of any errors in the confirmed, please contact Your Host in writing.

Cancellation of participation (a written request is mandatory)

Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the conference will have their paid fees refunded less a processing fee of NOK 400 provided written notice of non-attendance is received by the Conference Secretariat, Gestamóttakan – Your Host in Iceland (yourhost [at] yourhost.is) before Friday 15. February 2013.
If cancellation is made after this date no refund of fee can be expected.

In case of cancellation of tours that have already been paid for, the amount will be refunded less an administration charge of NOK 300.
One night will be charged in case of late cancellation (48 hours) or “no shows”.
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
